The Vermont Construction Careers Council (VCCC) consists of representatives from several of Vermont’s Construction Associations (including employers), Technical Centers, the Department of Education, and the Vermont Department of Employment and Training. The council will address many issues surrounding a shrinking, qualified construction workforce. The Council’s mission statement reads, “To build and maintain a qualified construction workforce by establishing career paths and providing educational opportunities through communication and the development of partnerships.”
